* Women's League -- Bob's Variety (3-0) downed Nick's Pizzaria, 37-22. Melanie Mills and Lynn Frost each scored eight points for first-place Bob's and Teri Leatherwood added seven.

Wendy Brown had six points for Nick's and Shari Winfrey added five.

Spangler Construction topped Lehigh, 44-32. Pam Lindquist scored 14 points for the winners.

Lydia Costas and Lisa Zuretti paced Lehigh with 12 and 10 points, respectively.

Lynn Frost scored 20 points to pace Bob's Variety's 67-23 victory over Jack's Mower. Beth Brown and Denean Powelson added 13 and 10 points, respectively.

Darlene Cass scored seven points for Jack's.

Colleen Gohegan paced all scorers with 18 points, to lead Spangler Construction's 52-38 win over Nick's Pizzaria. Lindquist added 13 for the winners. Winfrey led Nick's with 11 points and Staci Dinsmore had nine.

* High schoolers -- The Lakers topped the Sonics, 54-43, behind 23 points from Jason Dean. Jimmy Stull scored 17 for the Sonics.

Eric Minor and Zach Graen each scored 14 points to lead the Spurs to a 58-46 victory over the Bullets. The Bullets' Jed Harris lead all scorers with 23.

The Suns beat the Bulls, 90-55. Rob Krebs paced the winners with 26 points. Sean Colleran had 14 for the Bulls.

* Grades 6-8 -- Brian Levin scored 20 points to lead his Red squad to a 53-48 decision over Black. Mike Wissinger's 16 points paced Black.

Gold beat Maroon, 39-33, despite 19 points from Beau Ridgway. Joe Horner had 10 for Gold.

Nick Jenkins scored 24 points to lead Green to a 60-37 win over Navy. Adam Reese's 21 points paced Navy.

* Grades 3-5 -- Matt Thompson scored 15 points, as Maroon got by Gold, 26-24. Eric Dunn, Kyle Zentz and Jason Gerrard each scored eight for Gold.

Black beat Red, 22-8. Jason Stevens scored eight points for the Black; Scott Erpelding had four for Red.

Brandon Woods' 10 points led all scorers, but his Green squad fell to Orange, 23-18. Adam Ridgway scored eight points for Orange.

* K-2 -- Matt Laumann and Bryan Erbe each scored six points, as the Eagles beat the Spurs, 16-4.

The Panthers beat the Hornets, 10-6. The Hornets' Brett Bonneville scored his team's six points, and Adam VanLeuvan had four for the Panthers.

The Magic (6-0) beat the Heat, 13-8. Peter Wolfinger and Craig Taylor each scored four points for the Magic, which stayed tied for first place. Craig Mills had five for the Heat.

The Lions kept pace with the Magic by beating the Owls, 14-11. John Clayton paced the Lions with eight points. The Owls' Kevin Teal also had eight.

* Grades 7-9 -- The Hawks beat St. John's Green, 38-27. Mike Taylor paced the winners with 16 points; Matt Cassell and Erik Anderson each added six.

Curtin Peeling and Chris Sarangoulis each had seven points for Green and Billy Arnold had five.

* Prep Division -- White improved to 7-0 in the St. Joseph's League with a 51-37 win over Green. Bill Wilson paced the first-place White squad with 19 points, and Alex Hofer added 12.

Matt Wilder scored 11 points for Green; Dave Holloway and Chad Blitz each added 10.

Ken Clark scored 19 points and Mike Pearsall added 18 to pace Red's 51-29 win over Gold. Will Frankton scored 11 points for Gold and Keith Sullivan had eight.

Black dropped Blue, 34-19. Jeremy Shurak scored 10 points for the winners and Frank Lane added six. Blue's Jared Hudson and Ryan Swinton scored eight and seven, respectively.

* Senior Division -- Jason Dunbar scored 15 points to lead Gray to a 51-50 win over Black in St. Joseph's League action. Brad Manone added 10 points for the winners, and Darnell Brockington had 15 for Black.

Gray leads the division with a 4-1 record.

* Grades 6-8 girls -- Natalie Allewalt scored eight points to lead the Blazers to a 17-9 win over the Magic in Taneytown League action. Stephanie Lawrence's six points paced the Magic.

Jessica Matos scored 15 points, as her Hornets topped the Bulls, 31-21. The Bulls' Stephanie Robertson also had 15.

The Heat edged the Lakers, 8-7. Marie Legg scored five points for the Lakers, and Diane Bowers four for the Heat.

* Grades 3-5 boys -- Kody Jenkins scored 28 points to lead USA to a 31-17 Taneytown League victory over the Bulls. Chad Schildt led the Bulls with six and Brady Martinson added five.

The Celtics got past the Magic, 14-12, behind Jason Strine's 10 points. John Packer paced the Magic with six.

* Grades 6-8 boys -- Kenny Bowen scored 12 points to lead the Hornets to a 26-19 victory over the Sonics. Jason Little led the Sonics with eight.

Kevin DeCarlo and Vince Stonesifer staged a scoring duel with each scoring 35 points. Stonesifer's Magic, however, took a 53-51 verdict from the Knicks.

* Grades 5-6 -- Green beat Gold, 18-10, behind Sam Gayhart's six pointsand his brother Zach's four. Matt Farver scored six points for Green and Adam Gilbert had four.

Justin Whitson scored five points, as Grey topped Red, 21-9. Danny Pulkett scored four for Red.

Bobby Sheehy scored eight points to lead Blue to a 20-8 victory over Teal. Daniel Homiak scored four points for Teal.
