ROBBERY: Northern District -- A man was robbed of personal papers and injured with a box cutter about 12:30 a.m. Saturday in an alley behind the 2800 block of Edgecombe Circle North. The man was treated for minor cuts at Sinai Hospital and released.

ASSAULT/ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- Two people were robbed shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of Orleans St. by a man claiming to have a weapon. The pair lost money and items valued at $900, including a $200 Looney Tunes wristwatch.

ARMED ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A man armed with a handgun robbed the Baskin Robbins Ice Cream store in the 3500 block of Eastern Ave. shortly before 8 p.m. Saturday. Police said the man handed a note to the clerk demanding money. The suspect fled on foot with about $56.

ARMED ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A man was robbed of money and his tennis shoes by two men shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Broadway. Items lost were valued at $85.

SHOOTING: Western District -- A man was wounded in the right leg around 12:30 a.m. yesterday after being approached by two men in the 2300 block of McCulloh St. The victim was listed in good condition at Mercy Hospital, police said.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone stole a computer and tape decks from the Messiah Center in the 2300 block of Russell St. between 1 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday. The burglar entered the building by forcing open a side window.

SHOOTING: Eastern District -- A woman was hit in the left knee while standing in front of her house by a gunshot fired from a passing vehicle shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of E. 22nd St. A man reported that he was fired upon, but uninjured, by someone shooting from a vehicle about the same time in the same block.

ASSAULT/ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A man was robbed of $1,350 in property about 1:20 a.m. yesterday in the 2400 block of E. Federal St. Someone in a Geo Metro followed the victim from the 1000 block of Greenmount Ave. to Federal Street, where a passenger in the vehicle produced a handgun.

ASSAULT/ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A man was robbed of $20 and cut in the back of the head during a struggle with two unknown men about 4:40 a.m. yesterday in the 1100 block of N. Montford Ave. One of the assailants approached the victim and started a conversation, then another approached and produced a handgun.

ASSAULT/ROBBERY/SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- A man was approached by an unknown man about 3 a.m. yesterday in the 3000 block of W. Garrison Ave, forced into an alley, robbed of $1 and wounded by gunfire while running away.

SHOOTING: Central District -- A woman was shot in the left leg by an unknown person about 12:50 a.m. yesterday in the 400 block of N. Paca St. She was treated at Mercy Medical Center and released.

RAPE/ROBBERY: Central District -- A woman was struck in the head with what appeared to be a brick, then was sexually assaulted and robbed of $110 by two unknown men early Saturday in the 900 block of Stubblefield Lane, in the downtown Mount Vernon Mews section. The woman suffered minor injuries, police said.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Central District -- Someone broke in through the rear door of a grocery store in the 200 block of W. Saratoga St. about 11 p.m. Saturday. Nothing was reported taken.

Baltimore County

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Garrison District -- Someone stole a television from a home in the 3600 block of Forest Hill Road on Friday. The unknown intruder ransacked a bedroom.

AUTO THEFT: Garrison District -- A white van was reported stolen from the 11400 block of Cronridge Drive between 8:15 p.m. Friday and 8:25 a.m. Saturday. The word "Executron" is printed on each side of the van. The van had Maryland tags 114482.

AUTO THEFT: Towson District -- A 1991 Honda Accord was stolen around 9:30 a.m. Saturday from the 400 block of Old Trail Road. The car had license tags RNL 276.

CAR THEFT: Towson District -- A 1990 black Nissan 300ZX was stolen from the 6200 block of Northwood Drive shortly after 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The car had license tags YMS 731.
