11 are arrested in Edgewood drug raids

Harford sheriff's deputies arrested 11 people in drug raids at four Edgewood apartments Thursday night.

Carrying four search-and-seizure warrants, 14 indictments and warrants for two juveniles, deputies concluded a five-month investigation of a crack cocaine distribution ring in the Edgewater Village area.

They reported seizing 23 grams of crack cocaine and a .25-caliber semi-automatic handgun in addition to arresting 10 men, a woman and a 17-year-old boy.

Indictments have been issued for seven other men and warrants have been issued for two other juveniles, all related to the distribution of crack cocaine, authorities reported.

Arrested in the 8:10 p.m. raids were:

* Robert Lee Dyer, 34, of the 800 block of Fishermans Lane, Edgewood. He was charged with distribution of crack cocaine and was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

* McKinley Maurice Boone, 19, of the 1800 block of Edgewater Drive, Edgewood. He was charged with distribution of and conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine and was jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

* Michael Albert Goode, 19, of the 800 block of Ferguson Road, Joppa. He was charged with two counts of distribution of crack cocaine and was being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond.

* Joseph Daniel Raines, 27, of the 800 block of Fishermans Lane, Edgewood. He was charged with distribution of crack cocaine and was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

* Bernard Wilson Redd, 44, of the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive, Edgewood. He was charged with distribution of crack cocaine and was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

* Terry Lveinda Hockaday, 41, of the 800 block of Fishermans Lane in Edgewood. She was charged with two counts of distribution of crack cocaine and was jailed in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

* Robbie Marshall, 32, of the 800 block of Fishermans Lane, Edgewood. He was charged with distribution of LSD and was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

* Tyrell Marell Smith, 20, of the 1600 block of Meadowood Court, Edgewood. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on his own recognizance.

* Charles Luis Quinones, 22, of the 800 block of Fishermans Lane, Edgewood. He was charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine and was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

* James Phillip Spann, 19, of no fixed address. He was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and was jailed in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

* A 17-year-old resident of Fishermans Lane in Edgewood was charged as a juvenile on two counts of distribution of crack cocaine.

He awaits a determination of his situation by juvenile services.

No one was injured during the raids.

Participating in the operation were officers from Harford, Cecil and Kent counties; U.S. postal inspectors; the Maryland State Police; and three K-9 units.

Indictments have been issued for these suspects, all from Edgewood:

Anthony Lyle Brown, 32.

Tony Curtis Cherry, 32.

Terry Keith Epps, 32.

Dana Antwan Newton, 21.

Cauhima Ramon Walton, 24.

William Jadean Weatherford, 25.

Timothy Seanlief Woodberry, 18.
