A "Best Bet" item in yesterday's Carroll County Dateboo failed to reflect a change in plans for the Miss Carroll County Pageant scheduled for 7 p.m. today.

The event, postponed from last week because of bad weather, (( has been moved to the Guest Quarters Hotel near Baltimore-Washington International Airport in Linthicum, Anne Arundel County.
