Cardin takes up seniors issues with elderly

U.S. Rep. Benjamin L. Cardin will be at the Pascal Senior Center on Friday, beginning at 12:30 p.m., to discuss issues of importance to senior citizens including health-care reform and how it will affect them.

The 3rd District Democrat is a member of the House Health Subcommittee.

Mr. Cardin has said that President Clinton's Health Security Act will face major changes in Congress.

The senior center is at 125 Dorsey Road.
