POLICE

* New Windsor: Officials of New Windsor High School told state police that four vehicles parked on the school grounds were broken into Wednesday. Bolt cutters and two citizens band radios were stolen. The bolt cutters were used to cut chains on one of the doors of the school, police said. Several windows also were broken. The loss was estimated at $930.
