* ARMED ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A 33-year-old woman was robbed of about $20 by two women, one of whom had a handgun, while walking in the 1100 block of E. 20th St., about 5:45 p.m. Saturday.

* ARMED ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A woman who was stopped in her car at a stoplight in the 400 block of E. Eager St. was robbed at gunpoint by a man about 2:20 a.m. yesterday. The man made off with her purse containing $215.

* ARMED ROBBERY: Eastern District -- Two men armed with handguns robbed a 24-year-old man in the 2300 block of E. Preston St, about 5:25 a.m. yesterday, taking $48 in cash and a video camera valued at $1,200.

* ARMED ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A 53-year-old woman waiting for a bus in the 4700 block of Loch Raven Blvd. was robbed of her purse about 7 a.m. yesterday by a man armed with a sawed-off shotgun.

* ARMED ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A 40-year-old man making a purchase at a store in the 2400 block of E. Madison St. was robbed of $20 by another man about 10:20 a.m. yesterday.

* ARMED ROBBERY/ARRESTS: Eastern District -- A group of men, at least one armed with a handgun, held up a man in the 2200 block of Harford Ave. shortly before 4:30 a.m. Saturday. Taken were a portable phone and $200 in cash. Eight men were arrested.

* CAR THEFT: Northern District -- A 1989 silver Acura, with Maryland tags ANW-056, was taken from in front of a house in the 400 block of E. Lake Ave. between 7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. yesterday.

* CAR THEFT: Northern District -- A 1988 gold Acura with Maryland tags AZN-248 was stolen in the 2300 block of Wineberry Terrace between midnight and 10:30 a.m. yesterday.

* CAR THEFT: Northern District -- A 1987 Oldsmobile with Maryland tags ALM-321 was stolen from the 3900 block of Tudor Arms Ave. between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. yesterday.

* SHOOTING: Northern District -- A 31-year-old Northeast Baltimore woman was shot in the back while in her car early yesterday, but has refused to give police details. The woman was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her husband reported the shooting.

* ARMED ROBBERY: Western District -- A woman walking in the 1200 block of W. Lanvale St. at 3:50 a.m. yesterday was robbed of $90 in cash after she was hit in the head with a hard object.

Baltimore County

* ARMED ROBBERY: Essex District -- A man armed with a handgun robbed the Card Connection store in the 1400 block of Martin Blvd. about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, escaping with $75 in cash.

* ARMED ROBBERY: Parkville District -- A man who claimed in a note to be armed with a gun robbed the Blockbuster Video store in the 4100 block of E. Joppa Road, just after midnight yesterday. The man took $200 in cash and a video tape valued at $95.

* CARJACKING: Woodlawn District -- A man waiting for his girlfriend in front of her house in the 1000 block of Charing-Martin Court in Catonsville was robbed at knifepoint of his 1986 Chevrolet Nova, along with his leather coat and $200 in cash, by two men at 4:15 p.m. Saturday.

* ARMED ROBBERY: Wilkens District -- A clerk at the High's Store in the 1000 block of Maiden Choice Lane in Arbutus was robbed as she was trying to deposit receipts just after 10 a.m. yesterday at the Maryland National Bank on East Drive.

HARFORD COUNTY

BURGLARY: Forest Hill -- Someone pried open living-room windows of a house on Martindale Lane between Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning. Items valued at $230 were taken.

* TRUCK VANDALIZED: Abingdon area -- Someone kicked dents in and scraped the paint of a 1991 GMC truck at the park-and-ride lot at the intersection of Route 24 and Interstate 95 Saturday. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
