New positions

* Baltimore Stationery announced the selection of Bob Cassell for the position of senior vice president for sales.

* Sanders Designs of Timonium appointed Andrew Wood to head its computer-aided design department.

* Octoraro Wetland Nurseries has named James A. MacKenzie as partner in charge of nursery operations, bidding and inventory control and installation management. The Elkton-based firm also chose Melinda Hanks as assistant nursery manager.

* Greiner Inc. announced that Timothy H. Cupples has joined the firm's Timonium office as a structural engineer.

* Fullerton Supply promoted Cindy Bell to account representative and Tom Furman to operations manager. Joining the north Baltimore-area hardware and building-materials company are John Moberg as controller and Chris Tallevast as director of sales and marketing.

* Marshall Craft Associates, architects and interior designers in Baltimore, has appointed Ellen M. Breidenbaugh as manager of marketing, business development and promotional activities.
