* Anne Arundel Trade Council is accepting reservations for 67 exhibit spaces for the forthcoming 55+ Expo, sponsored by the council and the county's Department of Aging. The event, the first countywide trade show for the "senior" consumer market, will be held April 15 in the Annapolis Holiday Inn. The fee for a

* Denturecare Inc. has signed leases for facilities in the Catonsville and Golden Ring areas. The Raleigh, N.C.-based dental services group plans to open the sites in February. Denturecare already has an office in Glen Burnie.

* Cornerstone advertising agency of Baltimore has been selected by Weight Watchers of Maine Inc. to handle its advertising and marketing programs.

* The Gazelle Group, publishers' representatives, announced that it has been awarded advertising contracts to represent the Johns Hopkins Magazine and WJHU-FM radio.

* Susan Perrin Art Consulting announced that it has been retained by W. B. Doner & Co. to coordinate art placement in the company's new offices.

* Baltimore Savings & Loan Association announced the elections of Mervin I. Coblenzer, Irwin E. Epstein, Melvin M. Glass and Elaine S. Mintzes to its board of directors.

* Robert P. Okas has received the Leslie H. Warner Technical Achievement Award from GTE for his work in applying digital signal processing and decision-making to spoken-language differentiation.

* Rite Aid Corp. was named Employer of the Year by the Jewish Vocational Service.

* Valu Food, a Baltimore-based supermarket chain, has been awarded the first Governor's Grocer of the Year award.

* Primo Lighting Management has received the national Lighting Management Ally of the Year award by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

* American College of Cardiology announced that the Joseph Shaner Co. of Baltimore will provide administrative and executive support services for its newly formed Maryland chapter.
