Village of Timbergrove

1. Pulte Home Corp. has opened models of two three-level town homes at the Village of Timbergrove in Baltimore County.

All homes will have tilt windows, Merrilat-brand cabinets and gas heating, cooking and hot water. Most will have walk-out basements.

Both the Bentley and Carroll models are 2,000 square feet and sell for $117,490. The Bentley features a 19-by-13-foot "country kitchen," an 18-by-19-foot lower-level family room, living room, three bedrooms and one full and one half-bath.

The Carroll model has a formal dining room, eat-in kitchen with a pass-through to the living room, 18-by-19-foot lower-level family room, three bedrooms and one full and one half-bath.

Both models have a two-piece "rough-in" for a half bath in the lower level.

Timbergrove has a community center and swimming pool.

The sales center is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Take I-695 to I-795 West to East on Franklin Blvd across Reisterstown Road, where it becomes East Cherry Hill Road and follow signs to sales center.

Sheffield Glen

2. Questar Homes is building models for four town homes at Sheffield Glen Country Town homes in Baltimore County. Prices begin at $91,500 and include a three-year membership at Rolling Wind Recreation Center next door.

The 1,500-square-foot Azimuth is the smallest home at Sheffield Glen. With a starting price of $91,500, it has a kitchen with bay window on the front of the house. There is also a living room and dining room on the first level.

Two bedrooms and a full bath are on the top floor. The Azimuth, like all the houses at Sheffield Glen, has six-panel interior doors, a smoke detector and sprinkler system, walk-in closets, wall-to-wall carpet, pantry and unfinished basement.

The 1,800-square-foot Tangent, which sells for $97,400, has a partial brick front, double gable roof line and box window on the second floor. The house comes with three bedrooms or two master bedrooms with vaulted ceilings at no extra cost. On the first floor, there's a kitchen, living room, dining room and 17-by-10-foot family room.

The 1,900-square-foot Meridian, which costs $98,400, also has a partial brick front, a double gable and box window, a living room, dining room, 17-by-9-foot rear kitchen with pantry, two or three bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and walk-in closets.

The Calibre, a 2,300-square-foot ranch-style town home with loft, is the largest house offered at Sheffield Glen. The $120,900 price includes a brick front.

The first floor has a 14-by-15-foot master bedroom, front kitchen with bay window, 15-by-19-foot living-dining room with partial cathedral ceiling and 11-by-10-foot den with arched window.

The unfinished basement can be completed with a 15-by-29-foot recreation room ($5,375), den or bedroom ($1,350) and powder room ($1,695).

The sales center is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Take I-695 west to Security Boulevard (Exit 17) to a right on Rolling Road to a left on Tudsbury Road and follow signs to sales center.
