Abraham Gellinoff, 91, a former New York State Supreme Court justice who was the subject of an inquiry that led to new rules against nepotism in New York's courts, died Friday. He resigned in 1976, after 15 years on the bench, while the state investigated why he appointed his son-in-law to profitable legal jobs.
