POLICE

* Westminster: A West George Street resident reported someone shattered a window of his car Friday while the vehicle was parked near his home. He estimated the damage at $100.

FIRE

* Westminster: Engines from Westminster and Reese responded for a chimney fire on Ralph Street in Westminster at 4:55 p.m. Saturday. Units were out for one hour.

Firefighters from Westminster and Reese responded for a fire alarm sounding in a building on North Court Street at 11:34 a.m. Friday. Units were out for only one minute before being recalled.

Engines from Westminster, Reese, Pleasant Valley, Manchester and New Windsor were dispatched for a building fire on East Main Street in Westminster at 11:11 a.m. Saturday. They were out for 17 minutes.

Firefighters from Westminster, Reese, Pleasant Valley and Manchester responded when a building sprinkler head activated in the 200 block of Englar Road at 9:01 p.m. Friday. Units were out 20 minutes.
