Armed man robs Brooklyn Park pizza shop manager

January 24, 1994

A man armed with a black handgun robbed the manager of a Brooklyn Park pizza parlor Thursday night, fleeing with an undetermined amount of money, county police said.

The robbery occurred about 11:20 p.m. when the man, described only as in his 20s, put the gun to the manager's back as he was throwing away trash outside.

The man forced the manager to walk back to Peperoni Post, in the 5000 block of Ritchie Highway, then forced him to put containers of money into a bag.
