* Ed Evans, owner of the MAACO Center in Essex, has received MAACO's middle Atlantic region QSMC award.

* Larry LaFlame has been selected by the National Association of Litho Clubs as Member of the Year for 1993.

* The Maryland Restaurant Association chose Richard McClure, general manager of the Carroll Creek Restaurant, as its second vice president.

* Daniel J. Scott, of Gerald G. Scott & Sons Inc., general contractors, has been elected president of the Associated Builders and Contractors' Baltimore chapter.

* The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors announced the election of James J. Casey as southern regional vice president for 1994.
