STOLEN CAR: Southwestern District -- A 1984 Chevrolet with Maryland tags PVD058 was stolen from the 4300 block of Cedar Garden Road Sunday.

THEFT: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a 1987 Nissan while it was parked in the 1900 block of Poplar Grove St. Sunday and stole property valued at nearly $400.

STOLEN CAR: Southwestern District -- A 1984 Nissan with Maryland tags ATS013 was stolen from the 100 block of N. Hilton St. Sunday.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 4200 block of Eldone Road was walking in the 2100 block of W. Pratt St. Sunday when a gunman robbed him of $60.

THEFT: Southwestern District -- An in--- radio valued at $300 was stolen from a 1988 Hyundai Sunday while the vehicle was parked in the 2800 block of Belmont Ave.

STOLEN CAR: Southwestern District -- Someone stole a 1986 Nissan with Maryland tags AWX779 from the 2100 block of Tucker Lane Sunday.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 3800 block of Woodridge Road was in the 3600 block of Harlem Ave. Sunday when a man with a 6-inch knife robbed her of her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $100.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 4600 block of Manordene Road through a dining room window while the occupant was away between Jan. 12 and Jan. 16 and stole stereo equipment, a dining-room set and two TVs, all valued at more than $2,300.

THEFT: Central District -- A TV and several sets of linen, all valued at more than $300, were stolen from a car parked in the 300 block of St. Paul St. Sunday by someone who broke one of the vehicle's windows.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- A .30-caliber Marlin rifle and a rifle case, all valued at more than$200, were stolen from a house in the 3700 block of Spaulding Ave. by someone who entered the house between Thursday and Sunday.

STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1992 Honda with Virginia tags NPI835 was stolen Sunday from the 4000 block of Bonner Road.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered the E-Land grocery store in the 1700 block of Baker St. through the roof Sunday and stole $500 and between 20 and 30 cartons of cigarettes.

THEFT/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a woman who entered a house in the 1600 block of N. Monroe St. Saturday and stole a compact disc player. The woman was being held at the women's detention center at Central District.

Baltimore County

THEFT: White Marsh District -- Employees of the Thom McAn shoe store at the Golden Ring Mall in the 6400 block of Rossville Boulevard reported that an inventory revealed that more than $1,300 worth of assorted sizes and styles of boots were missing and believed stolen. The inventory was taken between Nov. 3 and Nov. 22. The loss was reported Jan. 14.

THEFT/ARREST: White Marsh District -- Police arrested two men Sunday who attempted to leave the Montgomery Ward store at the Golden Ring Mall in the 6400 block of Rossville Boulevard without paying for clothing valued at nearly $350. The men were stopped by a security officer when they attempted to leave the store with shopping bags containing the apparel. Charged with theft and being held at the police station were Paul Heggie, 31, of the 900 block of N. Patterson Park Ave., and Ronald Higgins, 32, of the 2000 block of Kennedy Ave.

STOLEN TRUCK/ARSON: North Point District -- Someone stole a 1980 F-100 Ford truck from the 2900 block of Wells Ave. Sunday and abandoned it at Interstate 695 and Route 702, where they set if ablaze. The truck sustained extensive damage.

STOLEN CAR: Towson District -- A maroon four-door 1989 Oldsmobile with Maryland tags SHH635 was stolen from the 1700 block of Amuskai Road Sunday.

ROBBERY: Towson District -- A 16-year-old resident of Merian Court in Timonium was outside the Towson Commons in the first block of W. Pennsylvania Ave. Sunday evening when he was struck in the face by a man who stole his jacket valued at $70. The victim sustained facial injuries but was not hospitalized.
