ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A gunman robbed the Beauty Mart in the 5100 block of Sinclair Lane of an undisclosed sum Thursday.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 3500 block of Parklawn Ave. was robbed Thursday of $33 by two men, one with a handgun, in the 3200 block of Belair Road.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 4600 block of White Ave. was at Enterprise and Supply avenues Wednesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $269.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 4600 block of Asbury Ave. of $170 in the 1500 block of Havenwood Ave. Wednesday.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 700 block of E. 35th St. was in the 600 block of E. 32nd St. Thursday when two men robbed him of more than $100.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A gunman robbed Young's Gifts in the 5400 block of York Road Thursday and fled with an undisclosed sum.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 3700 block of Falls Road was in the 4000 block of Roland Ave. Thursday when a gunman robbed him of $80.

SHOOTING: Western District -- A resident of the 1300 block of W. Lafayette Ave. was listed in serious condition at the University of Maryland Medical Center after being shot in the upper left thigh in the 800 block of N. Carey St. Wednesday. The gunman escaped.

BURGLARY/ARREST: Western District -- Police responding to a burglary in progress at the Mace lumber company in the 1100 block of N. Fremont Ave. Wednesday arrested a man who was about to enter a storage area after climbing over a wall.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A gunman robbed the Dolfield pharmacy in the 3500 block of Dolfield Ave. of $55 Thursday.

CUTTING/ARREST: Northwestern District -- Police arrested a teen-ager Thursday and charged him as a juvenile with cutting a female resident of the 3000 block of Thorndale Ave. with a pair of scissors at the victim's home.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A resident of the 300 block of E. Hamburg St. was riding his bike in the 300 block of Key Highway Thursday evening when he was knocked to the ground by several youths who stole the bike, valued at more than $300.

ROBBERY: Central District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 1400 block of George St. of $120 Thursday while the victim walked near his home.

PURSE SNATCH:PURSE SNATCH: Central District -- A resident of the 1000 block of St. Paul St. was walking in the 1500 block of St. Paul St. Thursday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $900.

Baltimore County

ASSAULT: Towson District -- Police were seeking a man who fired at least one shot at the occupants of an apartment in the 7000 block of Lachlin Circle when they returned home Thursday night. No injuries were reported. One of the occupants escaped the gunfire by jumping oiut a window. Police found at least one spet 9mm shell casing. It was not immediately known how the gunman entered the apartment or why.

VANDALISM: North Point District -- Someone spray painted one side of a 1966 MG Midget while the vehicle was parked outside a house in the 8100 block of Bullneck Road, causing at least $500 damage to the classic car. The incident was discovered Thursday, but it was not immediately known when it occurred.

STOLEN TRUCK: White Marsh District -- A 1990 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with Maryland tags 81A692 was stolen from the first block of Paula Place Thursday.

BURGLARY: Parkville District -- Someone entered a house in the 8400 block of Old Harford Road Wednesday and stole a 26-inch TV valued at $800.

ROBBERY: Cockeysville District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the Village Sub Shop in the first block of Padonia Road Thursday of about $100 and escaped in a late model Ford Tempo.
