Cincinnati Bengals -- Agreed to terms with DL Tim Krumrie on a one-year contract for 1994.

Washington Redskins -- Put Guy Bingham on the injured reserve list with a bruised left knee and signed free agent Marc Rabb to handle the long snapping position.

Hockey

NHL -- Suspended Hartford Whalers D Bryan Marchment for two games and fined him $500 for an illegal check on New York Rangers RW Mike Gartner in a game on Dec. 15.
