POLICE

* Westminster: A resident of Geneva Drive told city police someone poured sugar water into the gasoline tank of his vehicle while it was parked on Windsor Drive on Tuesday. The extent of damage to the engine is unknown, city police were told.

A resident of New Windsor reported someone stole the hubcaps from her car while it was parked at Cranberry Mall Wednesday. The loss is estimated at $100.

A city employee reported someone broke into several parking meters along Carroll Street and removed coins Wednesday. The loss is estimated at $34.

A resident of East Main Street told police someone knocked down a section of the fence around the property on Wednesday. The damage is estimated at $100.

FIRE

* Silver Run: Pleasant Valley, Westminster and Littlestown of Adams County, Pa., responded to a chimney fire on Littlestown Pike at 4:48 p.m. Thursday.
