A 16-year-old Glen Burnie youth told county police he was beaten and robbed by a man who knocked on his door Thursday night.

Brian Robert Canuel of the 9100 block of Firefly Run told police an unidentified man knocked on his front door at 10:41 p.m. and asked him to call a tow truck.
The man suddenly pulled a gun, began beating the youth and took $10 from him, the police report said.
