* International Paper announced the introduction of the first printing and writing papers made totally from recycled newsprint and magazine stock. The recycled stock is produced at its Lock Haven, Pa., facility.

* Casual Male big and tall men's shops has begun a holiday food collection for various charities in its Baltimore-Washington area stores through Dec. 23. In addition to the canned and nTC nonperishable foodstuffs, the three suburban Baltimore stores will also collect toys. Donors will be rewarded with a Casual Male discount coupon.

* RDA Consultants Ltd., a software development firm in Timonium, will be assisting the investment house of T. Rowe Price in developing an application for enhanced shareholder and customer contact.

New accounts, contracts

* Anne Arundel Community College Office of Business and Employee Training was awarded two multiyear contracts by the Department of Defense for communications and computer programming training classes.

* Fast & Associates was awarded a contract by Preferred Health Network of Maryland to develop its advertising campaign for the coming year.

* Stephens & Associates, a minority-owned Baltimore firm, was awarded a media consulting contract by the Resolution Trust Corp.
