* Sykesville: Firefighters from the Sykesville station responded to a call of wires down on Main Street at 6:58 p.m. Friday. They were out for 49 minutes.

Engines from Sykesville were dispatched for a trash container fire on Springfield Avenue at 1:44 a.m. Saturday. They were out for 16 minutes.

Firefighters from the Sykesville company put out an auto fire on Slacks Road at 5:58 a.m. Sunday. They were out for 25 minutes.

Engines from Sykesville responded to a building fire on Sharp Road at 7:46 a.m. Sunday. They were out for 21 minutes.

Engines from Sykesville, Gamber and Liberty Road, in Baltimore County, were dispatched for high water on Route 26. Firefighters helped motorists whose cars were stranded. Units were out for 68 minutes.
