NPSL -- Suspended Harrisburg Heat D Denis Hamlett for 27 days for elbowing Spirit F Rob Ukrop Nov. 19. Suspended Spirit assistant coach Mike Stankovic for seven days and fined him an undisclosed amount for leaving the bench to take part in an altercation after Hamlet's incident.

World Cup USA 1994 Inc. -- Named Marion Wright Edelman to its board of directors.
