Boston Red Sox -- General partners Haywood Sullivan and John Harrington, president of the JRY Corp., announced that they have reached an agreement whereby the JRY Corp. will acquire the general partnership interest of Sullivan.

Cincinnati Reds -- Named Bob Boone bench coach, former Oriole Grant Jackson bullpen coach and Joel Youngblood first-base coach for the 1994 season.

Florida Marlins -- Agreed to terms with P John Johnstone and OF Matias Carrillo on one-year contracts.
