ROBBERY: Central District -- Two men entered the McDonald's restaurant in the 500 block of Franklin St. Monday and announced a holdup. When one of them pulled a handgun and pointed it at the manager, the manager removed the drawer from the cash register and threw it at the gunman. The gunman removed money from the drawer and both men fled with an undisclosed sum.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A deliveryman for Never On Sunday, a carryout and restaurant in the 800 block of N. Charles St., was in the 700 block of Washington Place Monday when a gunman robbed him of food and $100.

CAB HOLDUP: Central District -- A driver for Checker cab in the 2100 block of Hunter St. was in the 1900 block of Eutaw Place Monday when a passenger he picked up earlier pulled a knife and robbed him of more than $100.

BURGLARY/ARREST: Central District -- Police responding to a burglary at Garden Reproductions in the 400 block of St. Paul St. Monday arrested a man who entered after climbing a fire escape and allegedly stole property valued at more than $300. Charged with burglary is Lawrence Spriggs, 42, of the 1300 block of N. Fulton Ave.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1991 Chevrolet Blazer with Maryland tags 426939M was stolen between Sunday and Monday from the 4300 block of Roland Ave.

THEFT: Northern District -- Someone entered a 1992 Mitsubishi owned by a resident of the 6000 block of Williams Road while it was parked in the 300 block of Overhill Road between Saturday and Monday and stole stereo equipment and a compact disc changer, all valued at more than $1,000.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A gunman robbed a 19-year-old resident of the 2100 block of N. Charles St. of cash and jewelry, all valued at more than $2,000, in the first block of W. 22nd St. Monday.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2400 block of Shirley Ave. Monday by prying a window open and stole a television valued at $400.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 400 block of Evesham Ave. was in the 5600 block of York Road Monday when two men shoved her to the ground and stole her purse containing cash, a portable phone and other property, all valued at nearly $400.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1000 block of W. 38th St. Monday after climbing onto a second-floor porch and stole a microwave oven. The burglar was discovered by the occupant but escaped.

ROBBERY: Western District -- Police were seeking a teen-age girl who robbed another girl from the 1500 block of W. North Ave. of her school ring and lunch in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Ave. Monday.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 700 block of N. fTC Linwood Ave. was walking near Mondawmin Mall Monday when a gunman robbed her of cash and property, valued at more than $100.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- Police were seeking a man who robbed a resident of the 800 block of W. Lombard St. of $23 after threatening him near his home Monday.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 1900 block of W. Fayette St. was in the 1500 block of W. Lombard St. Monday night when a man with a 9 mm semiautomatic handgun tried to rob him. When the victim turned to run, the gunman struck him with the weapon and robbed him of $30 before escaping. The victim was not seriously injured.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 4700 block of Liberty Heights Ave. was withdrawing money from a 24-hour )) automated teller machine in the 4400 block of Liberty Heights Ave. Monday when a man who had been lurking nearby robbed

him of $200.
