Some fund companies waiving fee on IRAs

In an effort to attract investors, some mutual-fund companies are waiving maintenance fees they charge to manage individual retirement accounts. Don't invest in a bad mutual fund just to avoid fees. However, if one of your favorites should make such an offer, consider it.
