Happy, sad faces found painted in several locations

Havre de Grace police are investigating six separate incidents that occurred sometime Wednesday night or early Thursday morning during which time someone spray-painted faces at various locations.

Residents or officers on routine patrol noticed: a blue frown face on a monument in front of City Hall in the 700 block of Pennington Ave.; a black frown face on the side of a building in the 500 block of S. Stokes St.; a black frown face on the back of a doctor's office in the 800 block of S. Union Ave.; two smiley faces on a business in the 100 block of N. Washington St.; a black smiley face on the drive-thru window of a McDonald's restaurant in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway; and black frown faces on the side and front of a 1977 Chevrolet van in the 100 block of Francis St.

State police issue warrants on three men

State police issued warrants on three men wanted for arrest. The first, David Busick, alias David Martin Forrester, 19, of no known address, is wanted for violation of parole on a theft charge. Police described him as white, 6 feet tall and weighing 186 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.

Brian Michael Billings, age unknown, of the 1500 block of Carsins Run Road in Aberdeen, is wanted on a hit-and-run charge stemming from an Aug. 17 accident on Interstate 695. north of Interstate 95 in Baltimore County.

Police described the suspect as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. They said he was driving a white Eagle Premier with Maryland tag number ANR 112.

Robert Ridenour, 34, of northern Harford County, is wanted on DWI violations. Police described him as white, 6 foot 1, and 170 pounds.

He was driving an older green mid-size Ford when last seen.

Boy arrested on charge of cheating cabdriver

A 14-year-old Baltimore boy was arrested on a theft charge for alleged failure to pay an $18.50 cab fare on Nov. 2.

Sheriff's deputies said that the youth was given a ride by the North Point Cab Co. in East Baltimore to the 300 block of Trimble Road in Joppa.

The youth was released to the custody of his mother pending further action by juvenile services.

Bel Air

* 600 block of Dewsbury Court: Damage to a vehicle outside a residence on Nov. 3. Theft of a camera, jacket, briefcase, disc player, cassettes, turner, CD player and sweaters. The loss was valued at $1,480.

* 900 block of Winter Park Road: Damage to a vehicle outside a residence on Nov. 2. Theft of tires, rims, lugs and wheel caps. The loss was valued at $2,940.

Havre de Grace

* 700 block of Revolution St.: Damage to pump and theft of 166.8 gallons of gasoline from a business on Nov. 7. The fuel loss was valued at $169.50.

Edgewood

* 1800 block of Simons Court: Malicious destruction to the window of a vehicle parked outside a residence by pellet shots Oct. 28. The loss was valued at $350.
