November 14, 1993

Two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed Joe's Seafood store Friday night, forcing three employees to lie on the floor of the bathroom, Anne Arundel County police said yesterday.

Shortly before 8 p.m., two men entered the store in the 400 block of Ritchie Highway in Severna Park.

One, displaying a handgun, jumped over the counter and ordered the store manager to open the safe, police said.

The suspects took a metal box with an undetermined amount of cash before leaving the store, police said.

None of the employees was injured.
