Oldfields, Park reach B Division final

Freshman Annie Finney scored 45 seconds into the game to help host Oldfields, the second seed, defeat sixth seed Glenelg Country School, 2-0, in an Association of Independent Schools B Division semifinal field hockey game yesterday.

Oldfields extended its lead in the first half when right wing Caroline Jones crossed the ball to center Ellie Rawle, who scored the final goal.

Oldfields will play Park for the B Division championship tomorrow at noon at St. Paul's School for Girls.

Park 2, John Carroll 0

Kris Heard and Kara Keith each scored an unassisted goal to lead top seed Park over visiting John Carroll, the fourth seed, in an AIS B Division semifinal.

Park will play Oldfields in the B Division championship tomorrow.
