Baltimore City

CUTTING/ARREST: Western District -- A resident of the 300 block of N. Bruce St. was cut on the left wrist in her home Wednesday. Later, police arrested Lawrence Daniels, 31, of the 500 block of N. Mount St., and charged him with assault by cutting.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered a storage area in an apartment building in the 800 block of N. Calhoun St. Tuesday or Wednesday and stole a drill, assorted tools and copper piping, all valued at nearly $500.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered an apartment in the 1600 block of Vincent Court between Monday and Wednesday and stole $174.

CARJACKING/ARRESTS: Southern District -- Police arrested a man and a woman in the 2500 block of Salerno Place early Thursday after they bailed out of a 1993 Toyota taken in a carjacking in East Baltimore. Charged with auto theft and multiple counts of assaulting police when they allegedly rammed the Toyota into police cars were Joy Jefferson, 20, of the 1200 block of N. Milton Ave., and Gregory Smith, 19, of the 6600 block of Wycombe Way, Parkville. Police said Mr. Smith was treated at Harbor Hospital Center for injuries.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 800 block of Exeter Hall Ave. Tuesday and stole two TVs .

ROBBERY/ARREST: Northern District -- A resident of the 2700 block of Mathews St. was in the 400 block of E. Lorraine Ave. Tuesday when he was attacked by a man who robbed him of $10. Later, police arrested a suspect .

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- Someone stole a 1985 Mazda with Maryland tags VXV709 from the 500 block of Holden Road between Tuesday or Wednesday.

CHURCH BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered St. John's Church in the 2600 block of St. Paul St. Tuesday and stole an answering machine, coins and keys.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Over $3,000 in goods was stolen from a house in the 800 block of St. Dunstan's Road Tuesday .

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1986 Chevrolet with Maryland tags SRC525 was stolen from the 4200 block of Rolandview Ave. Tuesday.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 2000 block of Hiltonwood Road was in the 2600 block of N. Charles St. yesterday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at nearly $50.

THEFT: Northern District -- Someone entered an office in the 1100 block of E. 30th St. between Monday and Wednesday and stole property valued at $500.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn District -- A 24-year-old woman from the the 100 block of Green Pine Court was listed in serious condition at Sinai Hospital after being shot in the head during a domestic incident involving her boyfriend last night in the couple's home. The 22-year-old boyfriend told police that he and the woman were arguing about 11 p.m. when she retrieved a .38-caliber revolver and pointed it at him. The man said he grabbed for the gun and that it discharged, hitting the woman above the left eye. The man was held for questioning, but no charges had been filed.
