One man was shot to death and another seriously wounded moments after they exited an unlicensed taxicab in the 2100 block of Denison St. early today.

Police were seeking two men and a woman in connection with the double-shooting.

The names of the victims were being withheld pending notification of their families.

Police said the victims, one 26 and the other in his 30s and both from the 600 block of Allendale St., were getting out of a hacker's vehicle shortly after 1 a.m. when they were approached by two men and a woman.

One of the men was armed with a .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun.

During a brief conversation, one male suspect told the gunman to shoot one of the victims.

The gunman complied, shooting one of the victims at least once.

The male suspect then told the gunman to shoot the other man, which he did.

The trio then fled.

Police said one of the victims was able to stagger away before falling to the pavement.

He was taken to Sinai Hospital and admitted in serious condition.

His companion, however, immediately fell to the pavement and was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he later died.
