A Pasadena couple turned themselves in to police after investigators searched their apartment this month and seized marijuana, steroids and drug paraphernalia, police say.

Anthony James Williams, 27, of the 400 block of Virginia Ave., was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and steroids. Crystal Ann McCoy, 20, of the same address, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

According to the police report, narcotics officers at the Eastern District station received many complaints about drug trafficking at the couple's apartment.

On Oct. 12, they served a searched warrant at the apartment and seized marijuana, steroids and about 500 hypodermic needles, the police report said. The couple was not home at the time of the search and turned themselves in Monday evening.
