Salisbury falls to Wesley, 45-30 COLLEGE FOOTBALL

DOVER, Del. -- Quarterback Jimmy Connelly rushed for two touchdowns and threw for two more as Wesley ran past Salisbury State, 45-30, at Wolverine Stadium.

Connelly completed 25 of 39 passes for 343 yards for the Wolverines (4-3-1).

Sea Gulls sophomore quarterback Len Annetta set a school xTC record with 387 yards passing. He was 24-for-45 with two touchdowns for Salisbury State (1-5).

Salisbury State sophomore running back Byron Pugh had 146 yards of total offense and scored three touchdowns.

The two teams combined for 25 penalties totaling 207 yards.
