Second building to open at Bright Oaks Courtyard

The grand opening Wednesday of a second professional office building will complete Ward & Lambdin Real Estate Developers' commercial office project -- Bright Oaks Courtyard, 2021 Emmorton Road in Bel Air.

New tenants and existing tenants include Harford County Mental Health and Addictions, Baltimore Sports Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., Pediatric Center at Bright Oaks Inc., R. G. I. S. Inventory Specialists, Drs. Evan S. Voultepsis and Truman F. Soudah, Bob Ward Inc., Smaldore Family Practice, Harford Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation P. A., American Red Cross, Ward & Scarborough Insurance Inc., Esther L. Dienstag-Finglass, Ph.D., Dr. Frank J. Bottiglieri, P. A., Orthodontic Associates, BIC Corp., and Fairfax Mortgage Corp.

The Development Advisory Committee of the Harford County Department of Planning and Zoning will conduct a "Fast Track" meeting to discuss the new Procter and Gamble facility in Joppa at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the second floor conference room, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air.

Harbor City Plastics has leased another 3,450 square feet of space at the William Paca Industrial Park in Abingdon.

The Knelly Insurance Agency, a full service, multiline facility which sells the products of the Nationwide Insurance Cos., is open for business at 131 S. Union Ave. in Havre de Grace.

The official opening is Nov. 6, but owner Ken Knelly is already at work.

Rice Kern Smith Realty Inc. has concluded a number of transactions:

Kirby England leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 15 Churchville Road, Suite 103, Bel Air. Melinda Mosser and Fred Kern represented both the tenant and the landlord, New Terlyn Square Partnership.

Damon Laboratories leased 350 square feet of office space at Bond Street Centre, 212 Bond St., Bel Air. Mr. Kern and Donald "Beetle" Smith represented both the tenant and the landlord, W. C. Pinkard.

General Electric leased 800 square feet of office space at 2101 Belair Road, in Bel Air. Mr. Smith represented the tenant and Bob Biser of Joan Ryder & Associates represented the landlord, Doll Cottage.

Baltimore Sports Rehabilitation leased 3,700 square feet of office space at Bright Oaks Courtyard, Bel Air. Richard Herbst of Grempler represented the tenant and Mr. Smith represented the landlord, Bright Oaks Courtyard Limited Partnership.

Provident Bank leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 2105 Laurel Bush Road, Suite 201, Bel Air. Steve Feazell of Prudential and Jeff Goodman of Paul Goodman Associates represented the tenant, while Mr. Kern and Mr. Smith represented the landlord, Turner Properties.

R. H. Warfield leased 300 square feet of office space at 2901 Sand Pebble Drive, Edgewood. Roger Rice represented the tenant and Mr. Smith represented the landlord, Chesapeake Kidney Center.

Bay Life Services leased 2,613 square feet of office space at 2105 Laurel Bush Road, Suite 109, in Bel Air. Mr. Smith and Mr. Kern represented the tenant and the landlord, Turner Properties.

Drs. Dannenfelser, Litwalk & Chasnow leased 3,744 square feet of office space at Box Hill Office Park, 49 Kensington Parkway, Units 21 through 23. Mr. Smith and Mr. Kern represented the tenant and the landlord, Kensington Associates II.
