Frostburg State shuts down Chowan, 27-0

FROSTBURG -- Kevin Bellamy scored two touchdowns as Frostburg State shut out Chowan College, 27-0, to improve to 4-0.

Frostburg scored all of its points in the first half, capped with a 20-point second period.

Frostburg intercepted six Chowan passes.

Frostburg wide receiver A. J. Bell caught four passes for 98 yards.

Frostburg junior quarterback Gil Telleria completed six of 13 passes for 191 yards, including an 80-yard touchdown pass to senior split end Jim Trapani.
