PLAYERS TO WATCH 1993

John Bagrosky, Howard, Jr., M/F -- He is a strong passer with good skills who scored seven goals and had four assists last season. He can also play sweeper.

Dan Christine, Centennial, Sr., G -- This all-county selection allowed just eight goals in 16 games and posted 10 shutouts, three of them in postseason.

Jeff Curtis, Wilde Lake, Jr., D -- He has great technical skills and is a smart player. He's a team captain this season.

Gianpaulo Einaudi, Wilde Lake, Sr., M -- He's experienced and skilled and will be a key player in Wilde Lake's transitional game.

Kwesi Ewol-Robotham, Wilde Lake, Sr., F -- He has outstanding speed, is experienced and is a clever dribbler.

Mike Green, Howard, Soph., D -- Physically strong with good ball skills, he could play anywhere on the field. He's a strong shooter and good finisher who also may play some offense.

Tom Hobbs, Glenelg, Sr., D -- He's technically skilled with a sure foot and also a physical player.

Marques Holmes, Oakland Mills, Sr., F -- He's extremely athletic, skilled and quick. He scored four goals last season. This is his fourth varsity season.

Ted Lawler, Oakland Mills, Sr., F -- He has great speed, terrific dribbling skills and a nose for the ball. He can also finish. He scored 11 goals and had four assists last season when he was all-county. This is his fourth varsity season.

Brent Mascott, Oakland Mills, Sr., M -- He has great presence and range on the field and knows how to win. He's the team's best penalty kicker. This is his fourth varsity season.

Ryan Pollock, Hammond, Sr., F/M -- He's a physically strong competitor who likes to dominate. A team captain, he scored six goals and had four assists last season.

Doug Ulman, Centennial, Jr., M/D -- He's a returning all-county player with leadership ability. He scored nine goals and had three assists last season.

Kumi Walker, Howard, Soph., M -- He's a good passer with great quickness and a strong defender. He'll play a defensive midfield position.

Brian West, Centennial, Soph., F -- He has terrific speed and a knack for finishing. He scored eight goals as a freshman.

Brock Yetso, Centennial, Jr., G -- He was the premier county goalkeeper as a freshman but missed most of last season with a

knee injury.
