Boy Scout Pack 127, sponsored by St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Odenton, will have a flea market from 9 a.m to 2 p.m. on Saturday in the Ames parking lot at the Odenton Shopping Center.

Spaces can be rented for $10. Fifty spaces are available.

In the event of rain, the event will be held Sept. 18.

The Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firemen's Association PTC Ladies Auxiliary will have its annual convention meeting and installation of officers at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The meeting, which includes dinner, will be at the Eastport Firehouse, 914 Bay Ridge Ave. in Annapolis.

The Arundel Senior High School PTSO has elected officers for the 1993-94 school year: Larry Koch, president; Mallika Kishen, vice president; Carol Gridley, secretary; Sue Motzer, treasurer; and Assistant Principal Louis Thomas, administrative liaison.

The PTSO board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Room C101 at the school. Everyone is invited to attend.

Annual PTSO dues are $5 a family.

The United Methodist Men from Nichols Bethel United Methodist Church in Odenton will meet at 8 a.m. Saturday in the church hall.

Breakfast and devotions will be followed by the planning of activities for the fall. All men of the church and community are invited to join in for fellowship.

The group is planning the second annual UM Men's Spaghetti Dinner, which has a tentative date of Oct. 30. Tickets will go on sale Saturday. Proceeds to benefit UM outreach programs.
