James R. Moxley Jr. of West Friendship has been named the recipient of the 1993 "Good Scout" award for the Boy Scouts of America's National Pike District.

James R. Moxley Jr. of West Friendship has been named the recipient of the 1993 "Good Scout" award for the Boy Scouts of America's National Pike District.
The Boy Scouts present the award to community leaders for outstanding service to the community, youth and scouting.
Mr. Moxley is president of Security Development Corp. and chairman of the Columbia Bank.
He will be presented with the award Oct. 19 at Turf Valley Country Club.
