Labor Day Closings

The following will be closed on Labor Day, Sept. 6:

* Carroll County government offices.

* All branches of the Carroll County Public Library.

* All county senior centers.

* All Carroll Circuit and District courts.

* Northern and Hoods Mill landfills, and the Recycling Center on Route 97 north of Westminster.

* Hampstead town offices. No change in trash collection service.

* Manchester town offices. No change in trash collection service.

* Mount Airy town offices.

* New Windsor town offices. The New Windsor Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the Town Hall, 211 High St.

* Sykesville town offices. The Sykesville Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Town House, 7547 Main St.

* Taneytown city offices.

* Union Bridge town offices.
