Man charged in Glen Burnie home break-in GLEN BURNIE

County police charged a 22-year-old man with breaking into a Glen Burnie home Thursday night.

According to the police report, officers were called to Starwood Drive at 9:35 p.m. by witnesses who saw someone breaking into a home.

When they arrived, they found a man outside going through a woman's purse. When the officers questioned him about the microwave on the ground next to him, he started running. A police dog, Gouch, caught him a short time later.

James Edward Hazel II, 22, of the 400 block of Starwood Drive, was charged with breaking and entering, police said.
