* CORRECTION: White Marsh District -- In Monday's edition of the Police Blotter, police incorrectly reported the location of a rape. In fact, the rape occurred on a road between Rossville Boulevard and Pulaski Highway.

Baltimore City

SHOOTING/ARREST: Central District -- A 28-year-old resident the 400 block of Mann Court is listed in stable condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot in the chest during an argument with a man on a bike in the 500 block of Park Ave. Sunday night. Police arrested a suspect at Howard and Madison streets. Charged with assault with intent to murder and using a handgun in the commission of a felony was Frederick McDonald, 28, of the 1100 block of Myrtle Ave.

ROBBERY: Central District -- Police were seeking two men who abducted a 39-year-old resident of the 2200 block of McCulloh St. early Sunday and robbed him of nearly $300 while driving him around the city. In the 300 block of Guilford Ave., the victim was kicked out of the car on a parking lot under the Jones Falls Expressway where he lay unconscious for an unknown amount time before he walked to Mercy Medical Center.

FOR THE RECORD - CORRECTION

THEFT: Central District -- Someone entered a 1989 Honda owned by a resident of Woodstock, Va. while the vehicle was parked in the 600 block of N. Calvert St. Sunday morning and stole a compact disc player and at least 100 compact discs, all valued at nearly $2,000.

THEFT: Central District -- A vehicle owned by Polk Audio in the 5600 block of Metro Drive was parked in the first block of S. Paca St. early Sunday morning when someone entered it and stole an AM-FM cassette player and a computer, all valued at nearly $3,900.

STABBING/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a woman and were holding her at the women's detention center at the Central District station in connection with the stabbing of a resident of a high-rise apartment building in the 200 block of N. Fremont Ave. Sunday. The victim, stabbed in the back and cut on both hands, was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered Brown's cut-rate liquors in the 2300 block of Edmondson Ave. through a front window early Sunday and stole $1,300, a VCR valued at nearly $300, 60 cartons of cigarettes, several instant state Lottery tickets and nearly 100 blank money orders.

ASSAULT: Southern District -- A resident of the 1400 block of Stevenson St. was cut with a box cutter while arguing with a man in the 1400 block of Cooksie St. Sunday.

STOLEN CAR: Southern District -- A 1988 Hyundai with Maryland tags WAX518 was stolen in the 1500 block of W. Pratt St. over the weekend.

Baltimore County

RAPE: White Marsh District -- A 28-year-old southwest city woman was raped late Saturday night on the parking lot of the Golden Ring Mall in the 6400 block of Rossville Boulevard by a man who picked her up at an undisclosed location in the city. After arriving at the mall, the man raped the woman at knifepoint and then drove her back to the city.

BURGLARY: White Marsh District -- Someone entered a garage in the 8000 block of Roslyn Ave. through the front door between Saturday and Sunday and stole several tools of unknown value.
