Nothing But the Vest

The vest has achieved new status. No longer the third wheel of a three-piece suit, it now makes itself known in bright colors, lavish fabrics and ornate details. It can come in tweed, brocade ++ or velvet. It can be knitted, embroidered or patched. It may be finished with fancy leathers, applique or precious buttons.

The one thing it can't be, is dull.
