Baltimore City

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the Dash In food market in the 6100 block of Moravia Park Drive of an undisclosed sum of cash about 2 a.m. yesterday. During the robbery, the gunman and his accomplice ordered two employees onto the floor before fleeing.

CARJACKING: Central District -- A 30-year-old resident of the 200 block of S. Augusta Ave. was seated in a 1983 Nissan ZX in the 100 block of Liberty St. about 1 a.m. yesterday and waiting for a friend who was talking on an outside telephone when a man opened the driver's side and pulled her out. As the man drove off, the woman held onto the vehicle and was dragged about a block before falling to the pavement. Later, the car was recovered in the 500 block of Robert St. The woman suffered minor injuries and refused medical treatment.

PURSE SNATCHING: Western District -- A man walking in the 800 block of W. Fayette St. Wednesday evening stole the purse of a resident of the 2000 block of Burnwood Road as she walked past him. The man escaped with cash and property, all valued at more than $30.

ASSAULT/ARREST: Northwestern District -- A 51-year-old man struck a woman with his fists, then choked her during an incident in the 3500 block of W. Belvedere Ave. When the woman got into her car and drove off, the man followed her in his car and rammed her vehicle several times. Police arrested the man and were holding him at the station pending charges.

STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1987 Buick with Maryland tags PVM159 was stolen from the 3700 block of N. Rosedale St. Wednes- day.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Fishing equipment valued at nearly $2,200 was stolen from a house in the 800 block of Darby St. between Tuesday and Wednesday by someone who entered through a rear basement door.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 300 block of Birkwood Place of $30 in the 3400 block of Barclay St. Wednesday night.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1988 Toyota with Michigan tags 270KTL was stolen Wednesday afternoon from the 700 block of W. 40th St.

ASSAULT/ARREST: Northern District -- Police arrested a man who pushed a resident of the 1100 block of Montpelier St. into a fence in the 1100 block of Homestead St. Wednesday afternoon, causing her to suffer a 3-inch cut. The man was arrested and was being held at the station pending assault charges.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone entered a house in the 3600 block of Everett St. Wednesday and stole property valued at more than $5,000.

STOLEN CAR: Southern District -- A 1986 Chevrolet with Maryland tags RVG437 was stolen from the 800 block of Leadenhall St. between Tuesday and Wednesday.

STOLEN CAR: Southern District -- Someone stole a 1987 Chrysler with Maryland handicap tags 88701 from the 500 block of Roundview Road Wednesday morning.

THEFT: Southern District -- A chain saw and hedge trimmer, all valued at more than $500, were stolen from a vehicle in the 1400 block of Light St. Tuesday morning.

THEFT: Southern District -- A multispeed bike valued at $600 was stolen from the back yard of a house in the 1400 block of Hubbard St. between Aug. 18 and Aug. 24.

THEFT: Southern District -- Stereo equipment valued at more than $1,000 was stolen from a house in the 100 block of S. Calhoun St. between Aug. 13 and Aug. 25. The victim reported that a man he allowed to do repair work used a key he gave him to enter the house and stole the property. No arrest had been made.

THEFT: Southern District -- A compact disc player and other property, all valued at $500, were stolen from a car parked in the 1500 block of Russell St. Wednesday.

Baltimore County

BURGLARY: Towson District -- Someone entered a home in the 6900 block of Bellona Ave. through a window Tuesday and stole 85 $100 bills from a cash box.

BURGLARY/ARREST: Wilkens District -- A K-9 officer and his dog entered a house in the 1200 block of Linden Ave. shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday in search of a burglary suspect and arrested a man who entered the house through a window. No property was stolen. The suspect, Kevin Davis, 22, of no fixed address, was charged with burglary and destruction of property and was being held at the station pending a bail hearing before a District Court commissioner.
