POLICE

* Westminster: Officials at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Johahn Drive told city police someone damaged a rain spout and spray painted the building Sunday. Damage is estimated at $50.

An East Main Street resident told city police someone entered her automobile and stole several articles on Tuesday. She estimated the loss at $120.

FIRE

* Finksburg: Gamber responded for a fire alarm sounding in a building on Doe Drive at 3:24 p.m. on Tuesday. Units were out for 20 minutes.

* Westminster: Westminster responded to an auto fire in Cranberry Mall at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday. Units were out for 50 minutes.

Westminster responded to a field fire on Route 27 near Route 140 at 2:16 p.m. Tuesday. Units were out for 15 minutes.

One engine from Westminster was dispatched for a car leaking gasoline on Route 140 at 7:32 p.m. Tuesday. Units were out for 31 minutes.

Westminster and Reese were dispatched for a fire alarm sounding in a building on Shaeffer Avenue at 4:48 a.m. Wednesday. The call was determined to be a faulty alarm and engines returned to service in 20 minutes.
