A 29-year-old Glen Burnie man was charged with possession with intent to distribute PCP after being stopped by police at an Arnold convenience store Monday.

Robert William Brady of the 300 block of Gatewater Court also was charged with possession of PCP, which stands for phencyclidine hydrochloride.

Mr. Brady was stopped by narcotics officers at the 7-Eleven store at Ritchie Highway and College Parkway at 3:39 p.m. Police said that when they searched the car, they found 15 grams of PCP and confiscated $430.
