BREAKING AND ENTERING: Northern District -- An unknown person entered a residence in the 2700 block of St. Paul St. through a side window Saturday night and stole property valued $200.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Northern District -- Someone entered a residence in the 2400 block of W. Rogers Ave. through a rear door Saturday night and stole $2,450 worth of property.

ARMED ROBBERY: Northern District: An unknown assailant pointed a handgun in stealing a wallet containing $6 from a man about 12:20 a.m. yesterday in the 200 block of E. 31st St.

COMMERCIAL BREAKING AND ENTERING: Northern District: Someone broke a window at Best Gifts in the 3000 block of Greenmount Ave. between 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 9:45 a.m. yesterday and stole 10 baseball caps and 10 football caps valued at $160.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Northern District: Someone broke into a residence in the 5900 block of York Road between Aug. 1 and yesterday and took a television, VCR and receiver valued at $1,100.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District: Someone entered a residence in the 6300 block of Brown Ave. and stole a VCR and stereo valued at $700.

ASSAULT AND ARMED ROBBERY: Southeastern District: Two attackers beat up a man and stole $30 at 7:50 p.m. Saturday in the 4100 block of Eastern Ave. The victim was struck with an unknown object and suffered a 3-inch cut in the head.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District: Someone pried open a door in the 2200 block of E. Fairmount Ave. between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Saturday and stole a television and VCR valued at $620.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Southeastern District: Someone entered the rear window of a residence in the 200 block of N. Milton Ave. and stole a 44 Magnum Strum Ruger rifle, a VCR and a Black & Decker saw valued at $730.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District: A woman returned from a weeklong vacation Saturday to find an open front door at her home in the 200 block of Ballou Court, and property valued at $750 missing.

BURGLARY: Eastern District: An unknown intruder entered a residence in the 500 block of N. Madeira St. yesterday between 12:05 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. and stole property worth $300.

ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Eastern District: A man walked out of a store in the 2500 block of E. Hoffman St. at 2 p.m. yesterday and was robbed at gunpoint of his tennis shoes.

RAPE: Eastern District: A woman was grabbed, thrown to the ground, hit over the head with a stick and raped in the 1300 block of Curtain Ave. about 5:40 a.m. yesterday.

SHOOTING: Eastern District: Six males approached a man from the rear. The victim was shot in the foot by one of them.

ARMED ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Northwestern District: A robber threatened a victim with a gun at 8:20 p.m. Saturday in the 5000 block of Reisterstown Road and stole $7.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District: A suspect was arrested while stealing $925 worth of property from Northwest Body and Fender in the 4900 block of Reisterstown Road shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District: Someone entered Wee Kare Day Care in the 2600 block of Garrison Blvd. between 4 p.m. Saturday and 7:15 a.m. yesterday and stole food.

ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Northwestern District: An unknown assailant displayed a knife to a victim and stole a 1987 Buick Skylark in the 5000 block of Reisterstown Road at 9:45 a.m. yesterday.

ARMED ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Western District: Three bandits, one with a handgun, confronted a victim in the 1800 block of W. Saratoga St. and stole $230 worth of property.
