3 managers complete Prudential realty course

Donna Cavey, Ruth Grimes and Mary Hamilton of the Prudential Preferred Properties recently were awarded the designation of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Certified Manager (PCM).

Each of the managers put in nearly 100 hours in Prudential's Management Academy, learning strategic planning, marketing, team building and other real estate related skills.

Ms. Cavey manages Prudential's Odenton office; Ms. Grimes is manager of the Severna Park office; and Ms. Hamilton heads the Severna Park East office.

Medical center worker gets TWIN award

Ann Marie Justice, director of clinical laboratory services at Anne Arundel Medical Center, recently received a Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) award.

Ms. Justice, an AAMC employee since 1988, is a graduate of Indiana State University.

The TWIN awards are an annual event sponsored by the YWCA of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County.

Ginger Cove manager cited for performance

Betty Ann Bunnemeyer, Ginger Cove marketing director, has received a national award from the retirement community's management company, Life Care Services Corporation, for her performance.

All of Ginger Cove's residences have been reserved under Ms. Bunnemeyer's direction, and the community is building a waiting list for future residents.

UPS employee cited for 20 years service

United Parcel Service administrative assistant Victor Mattison was recently honored for 20 years of service.

Mr. Mattison, a Glen Burnie resident, works for UPS in Burtonsville.

Sales associate named realty buyer agent

Anita Bavis, a sales associate from the Annapolis office of Weichert, Shannon & Luchs Realtors, has been named a Certified Buyer Agent after completing the company's Buyer Agent Training Course.

Two realty agents complete GRI course

Coldwell Banker Home Realty Professionals in Severna Park recently celebrated the award of GRI designation to Jim Gomez and Betty Netherland, two associates at the office.

The associates received the designation after completing 90 hours of course work outlined by the National Association of Realtors.
