* American Properties Inc. reported sales of $5 million for Warfield's Way, a 113 single family home community located at Liberty Road and Route 32 in Eldersburg, which opened in May.

Altieri Homes, Ryan Homes, Dorsey Builders and Catonsville Builders have designed seven model homes each for the development.

* Freedmont Mortgage Corporation has appointed Kevin J.Murphy amortgage consultant specializing in non-conforming (problem credit) loans for refinances, debt consolidation and home improvements. The firm is located in Towson.

* O'Conor, Piper & Flynn, Realtors has named Jeanna Tucker vice president, director of marketing. Ms. Tucker was director of corporate marketing for the last eight years for Fox & Lazo Inc., Realtors with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
