Boston boosts Suns over Braves, 12-5

HAGERSTOWN -- D. J. Boston sparked both five-run innings with a three-run homer in the third and a two-run triple in the fifth as the Hagerstown Suns defeated the Macon Braves, 12-5, in a Single-A South Atlantic League game last night.

Boston (3-for-5) hit his 10th homer of the season and finished with five RBI.

Other multiple-run contributors included Santiago Henry with a two-run triple in the third and Kris Harmes with a two-run single in the fifth.

Winner Roger Doman (7-4) went eight innings and struck out six. Starter loser Mike D'Andrea (8-5) gave up eight hits and seven runs.
