In Sunday's Howard County edition, the name of the Howard County Sexual Assault Center was listed incorrectly. The name of Caitlyn Kibler, the daughter of Mickey Kibler, a volunteer at the center, was misspelled.

Name: Mickey Kibler of Owen Brown Village, Columbia.

Activities: Mrs. Kibler attends Howard Community College. She will graduate in December with a degree in Business Management. She also likes to read.

Organization's comments: Mrs. Kibler has been a volunteer crisis counselor with the Howard County Sexual Abuse Center for five years. She served on the center's board as a liaison between volunteers and the board for two years. As a crisis counselor she takes four to five shifts each month answering the center's hot-line phones. She also accompanies rape victims to the hospital and follows up through the trial as an advocate accompanying the victim.

FOR THE RECORD - CORRECTION

Mrs. Kibler also manages the clothing supply for rape victimwho are taken to the hospital. At the hospital victims must give their clothes to police as evidence. She keeps a closet of clothes at the hospital and in her home to resupply the hospital. She monitors the clothing supply monthly.

"She can always be counted on," said Sheila Begg, crisis intervention coordinator. "She has complete involvement in the center. She had an original idea for fund raising this year -- we sold entertainment books for the first time. She also helps with the major fund-raiser of the year, the Montana Logging and Ballet Co., a satirical performance troupe." The performance will take place Oct. 1 at Centennial High School.

Volunteer's comments: "I volunteer because we need to give back to everyone. This is an issue I feel very strongly about, violence against women and children," said Mrs. Kibler. "I wish I didn't need to volunteer, but I care and feel real strong about rape."

About Mrs. Kibler: She is married to Lee and has a daughter, Caityln, 18 months old.
