London hits Taylor hard, hands Baysox 7-2 setback Zaun 8-for-18 since return from DL

LONDON, Ontario -- First baseman Mike Rendina went 3-for-5 with two RBI and shortstop Jim Givens went 2-for-3 with two RBI to lead the London Tigers to a 7-2 win over the Bowie Baysox last night in a Double-A Eastern League game.

Henry Gomez (2-2) allowed two runs on four hits in six innings for the win. Loser Tom Taylor (3-6) lasted four innings and allowed all seven London runs.

Bowie's Gregg Zaun went 3-for-4 with an RBI and scored a run. He is 8-for-18 since returning to the active roster after a month on the disabled list with a sore elbow.
